Post your feedback using Linoit!

Check out our cool Linoit board! This is a cool way to post virtual sticky notes on a digital board. The purpose of this board is to get your feedback and thoughts on our library blog.

To use it, all you need to do is:

1. Click on the below link.
2. Then choose a colour post it note , from the top right of the page, drag it onto the board.
3. After this a text box will open. Type your note , add your name in the 'tag' box.
4.  Press post.
You can drag your post it to where ever you want on the board. You can also edit you post it if you need.

You will be able to see other users notes , but you won't be able to move or edit them. Remember that this is a school linked site and is monitored by Miss Williams and Mrs H. If you post something silly or inappropriate , we will be able to track the post, so please use this tool sensibly.

50 Books every kid should read by age 12

An article published by stuff.co.nz listed 50 books they thought every child should read by the time they are 12.
Check out the full list and article here 50 books every kid should read by age 12

Then fill out our survey so we can see how many of these books students at Stanley Ave have read, and which are the most popular!

If you have a few books you haven't read, why not see if we have them in the library or check out the local library in Te Aroha too (ask the librarian for some help if you need)

Welcome! Kia Ora! Talofa! Bonjour! Hola!

Welcome to the Stanley Avenue School Library Blog!

We are up and running and can't wait to get sharing with you all.

The aim of this blog is to keep you up to date with what is happening in the library, exciting new features and even a few competitions.

If there is something you think would be awesome for our blog - a cool website, interactive game or even a newspaper or magazine article you have read, feel free to let us know in the comments section.

Below is a link to a short survey we have created to get your thoughts on our blog, library and books you like to read.
